2026 ANNUAL BUDGET APPROVED

On January 8, 2026 members of the Lemen Airpark HOA voted 34 to 10 to APPROVE the proposed 2026 Annual Budget. A letter was mailed in February explaining the results of the vote and addressing questions presented at the meeting. A corrected 2026 Annual Budget was included with this letter. ​2026 ANNUAL ASSESSMENT DUE APRIL 30,2026

Per the approved budget the Annual Assessment for 2026 is $300 per home owner. The deadline for payment is April 30, 2026. Click the "Payment Options" button above for options for paying your assessment.

WATCH FOR A CHANGE IN MEETING VENUE IN 2027
Due to difficulties working with Central Valley School District, we are looking for a new venue to hold our meetings. Watch for an update next year regarding the meeting location. ​​​​​
