2026 ANNUAL BUDGET MEETING 

A meeting to review the Board's 2026 proposed budget will take place on WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 28, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. at EVERGREEN MIDDLE SCHOOL. A Call to Meeting notice was mailed to each home owner via USPS on January 9, so please watch for it in your mail. The mailing included the proposed 2026 budget as well as a voting ballot. Members of the HOA are welcome to ask questions about the budget at the meeting. A vote will be held at the end of the meeting to approve or disapprove the budget.

 

MEETING DAY CORRECTION
The above Call to Meeting notice incorrectly listed the day of the meeting as Tuesday. The correct day of the meeting is Wednesday (January 28). Correction notices are being hand delivered to each residence in the HOA.  ​​

2025 ​ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

In January 2025 members voted to approve the Board of Trustee's proposed 2025 budget. The Annual Assessment for 2025 is $165 per home owner. The deadline for payment is April 30, 2025. Click the "Payment Options" button above for more information about making your payment.
