HOME OWNERS ASSOCIATION

Members may pay Annual or Special Assessments as indicated below. All payments must include the following information: 

1) The physical address of the home for which the payment is being made
2) A description of the payment (for example, "2023 Annual Assessment", "2024 Annual Assessment",  "Special Assessment pool demo", etc.

PERSONAL CHECK - Checks should be mailed to: Lemen Air Park HOA, PO Box 602, Spokane Valley, WA 99037. A receipt will be mailed once the check has been received. Checks can also be hand-delivered to Cindie Holloway, President of the Board of Trustees, at 1804 S. Airpark Dr. A receipt will be issued immediately.

VENMO - Members who wish to pay by debit or credit card should send their payment directly to Cindie Holloway, President of the Board of Trustees, at venmo@Cindie-Holloway. Cindie will transfer the funds to the HOA and issue a receipt showing the amount of the deposit. Remember to include the physical address and description as noted above.

CASH - DO NOT SENT CASH THROUGH THE MAIL. Cash payments should be hand-delivered directly to Cindie Holloway, President of the Board of Trustees, at 1804 S. Airpark Dr. A receipt will be issued immediately.

Unfortunately, because of cost and administrative requirements an online "payment portal" for debit and credit cards is not feasible at this time.
