2025 ​ANNUAL ASSESSMENT

In January 2025 members voted to approve the Board of Trustee's proposed 2025 budget. The Annual Assessment for 2025 is $165 per home owner. The deadline for payment is April 30, 2025. Click the "Payment Options" button above for more information about making your payment.

BOARD UPDATE (June, 2025)

The Board decided to have the basketball court resurfaced this year since we realized some savings from the pool demolition. Keeping the cinderblock building as secure storage saved us about $10,000.  We also had about $9,000 available in our savings account. We are confident that we can replenish our savings over the next few years through the annual assessment.

We had hoped the basketball court would be finished in one day, but after 30 years we learned that it cannot simply be resurfaced. Apparently, the court is the lowest point in the park and a lot of water drains into it. We' had to raise the court up to ground level before laying new asphalt. THE ASPHALT IS SCHEDULED TO BE LAID ON JUNE 26. Once the court is placed, Mr. Simpson of Diamond Asphalt Paving will lead us in painting the lines to help save money.  We are looking for volunteers to help. 

 

Lastly, to date we have collected this year’s dues from about 60 homes.  We are looking for the other 30 to get their money in so that we insure that we have enough money to pay our bills this year.  

The Board has been kind and flexible in collecting our annual dues after the due dates without penalty.  The association has bills to pay and as members you are responsible to pay your dues on time.  We want to work with you but we need our members to be responsible as well.  We may be faster to place liens on the delinquent homes in the future.  Thank you for your cooperation.
